So to be a little more specific with what I'm looking to spend, for new rims and tires only I will pay up to $600. Used rims with decent tires I'm looking in the 350-400 or less range. Not looking for black wheels but will entertain any offer. Any and all colors and finishes considered. Cash cash cash
