4 Lug Factory/Steelies w/ good tires to pass inspection!

Everyone I'm looking for a set of 4 rims and tires will fit a 91 Honda Accord taking the factory OEM I don't care as long as tires are good and will pass inspection trying to spend around 150 let me know
