4 x 100 wheels for a civic NEEDS TO HAVE INSPECTION PASSABLE TIRES.
I'm not picky, I dont care what they look like, I am in NoVA and dont want to travel.. but will if I have to. want to keep it under 150.00 MUST BE BIGGER THAN 14" (need to clear my calipers).
