Description: Well its that time to finally list these wheels for sale. I have been the previous owner of them since the start of 2006. So after owning them for such a long time, I am ready for something different.
The wheels are SSR Comp-C in 18x8.5 with a 42mm offset. Weight of each wheel is 16.2 pounds which is super light. The wheels are straight and have no bends. They have never been to a wheel shop either. Last time I had tires mounted on them, they came out straight on the wheel balance machine.
Originally the wheels were Anthracite with a polished lip. I still have pictures of them with their original finish if anybody is interested in seeing them that way. Now the wheels are professionally refinished with PPG Gold paint. This is not your cheap paint job out of a spray can and only the highest paint products were used on them. The inside and the outside of the wheels were painted and clear-coated. So the finish of the wheels is top-notch and can be seen in the pictures.
Also currently on the wheels are mounted a set of Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star specs in size 255/35/18. I had them purchased brand new from tirerack a couple of months ago. Tires are almost brand new and have less then 1k miles on them since I barely had driven the car.
As of this moment, I am trying to sell the wheels and tires together as one package. The wheels will come with SSR center caps and valve stems as well as hub-centric rings.
Asking price starts at $2,000 plus shipping and handling. Pick-up is preferred though. Considering the price of the tires ($230 per tire) and the condition of the wheels and how rare they are, this is a bargain.
